The Six Basic Exercises are, as the name suggests; six basic exercises for mental and spiritual development and self improvement. They are one of the first steps in the anthroposophical path to a better and more spiritual life.

The group is geared towards beginners but anyone can be there.

I personally see value in working in groups, it challenges me and find I learn in a different way with others vs solo. Would love to find others with interest, if you know anyone interested . Open to any suggestions and welcome to bring them to the meeting
